Located on the edge of the ‘Woodhouse Ridge’ green corridor the design has been developed to maintain views to and from the green corridor. The inclusion of an extensive landscaping scheme creates visual and physical links to the sites natural context. The proposal emphasizes the importance of creating a community within the development. This has been achieved through the various high quality internal & external communal areas.
