Latitude Phase Purple B is a PRS scheme developed for BAM Properties and is made up of two strong urban blocks set around a raised podium deck. The design approach is to maintain the strong linear principles already established with the other phases and the Monk Bridge residential proposals to the North of the viaduct.
The proposal incorporates 2 blocks of 21 and 17 storeys containing 463 apartments made up of studios, 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments. Residents amenities include a communal gym, residents lounges and a large external podium garden.
To create a strong link to the existing context a new public realm is created to the north linking the site with the proposed Monk Bridge scheme and proposed commercial uses within in the arches of the listed viaduct.
